It’s really just a demo of the features on IE 9 so the actual browser is not even available as a beta. The preview let’s you see some of the new features. It has speed demos and some examples of what the browser can do with HTML5. I wasn’t really impressed with IE 8 but if 9 is a bit faster loading tabs, I may use it more often.
